Pick a service on the homepage, choose a date and time, verify your UAE mobile, and pay to confirm. A vetted pro near you is then assigned, usually in under a minute.

You pay the full price at booking. For Regular Cleaning, the first hour is charged up front and any extra time settles after. For plumbing, electrical, painting and similar trades, labour is paid in full at booking and materials are billed separately after. If you cancel and need a refund, contact us and our team will help.

Yes, from your account, under My bookings, while the booking is still confirmed or assigned. Rescheduling moves you to another available slot.
